Payments are accepting in the form of a check or money order (cheques will have to clear) or by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and you are welcome to call us with the details or to send us an email.

Overseas Orders
Overseas orders must be done via a Wire Transfer. We will contact the customer via e-mail and send Routing and Bank Account numbers. The funds will need to be transferred to our bank account within 48 hours, or we will cancel the order.

Wholesale & Retail Orders
We undertake both wholesale and retail orders.

Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days
If anitem is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of our expected restock date. Orders are shipped insured for their full value.

Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your order, not just satisfied. As such, we have a no questions asked 7 day return period (less shipping) on all items, provided they are returned in original condition. Just drop us a line with your intent to return and all the necessary info will be emailed back to you.
If an item has an issue, we try to make sure we mention it in the description. Though we strive to represent our products as completely as possible, we realize that ordering gem materials over the web is less than ideal. Thus, our return policy to help reassure you in purchasing. www.theworldcraft.com  is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been damaged, burnt, scratched or marked in any way.

Your Credit Card will only be charged once the order has shipped
Once an order is placed, you are e-mailed a confirmation. When we ship the item or items, your credit card is billed. You will only be billed for items shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they to are shipped.

Your Personal Data is kept Private
All of the personal data we receive is private and is kept confidential. We never sell or share this information outside of www.theworldcraft.com.
 
Lost Package Policy
On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, by UPS, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. www.theworldcraft.com, will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that www.theworldcraft.com has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our office.
